While on active duty, Andrew obtained his Real Estate license and began building experience through both fix and flip and rental properties. As he looked into scaling his portfolio, however, he often found that lenders would not fund his projects due to the small loan size and uncertainty of value, primarily because these lenders didn’t understand the value of the areas where these properties were being sold.

As military members themselves, the owners of Trophy Point understood the areas surrounding the military bases in which Andrew was investing. Additionally, because Trophy Point does not have a minimum loan size, we were able to fund his projects, allowing him to scale from 4 to 34 deals in one year. Upon leaving active duty, Andrew was able to successfully make the transition into real estate investment as a full-time career.
