Once you have signed our termsheet, we are off to the races! At this stage, your application is sent to processing. You will be assigned a member of our processing team, who will confirm the properties value and guide you through gathering the due-diligence documents needed in order to proceed with underwriting. Once the underwriting is complete, we’ll follow a quality control process to ensure your loan is ready for closing. After your first loan, we will retain all your documents so your next transaction is even faster and more efficient. Once our underwriting team has approved your loan, you are approved to close. Your file will move to our closing team, who will set up a time and place for a quick and efficient closing in coordination with a title agent or attorney per local laws and regulations.
