Typically, most brokers set a 1% fee for any loans they facilitate closing; feel free to discuss with Trophy Point other options/structures that best fit with your business.
Being a Deal Partner requires a high level of trust. Deal Partners are empowered to approve loans on behalf of Trophy Point with limited supervision. Final loan approval does reside with Trophy Point but you have the ability to directly influence the approval of a loan and directly benefit from a share or portion of the origination points.
This program requires you to invest at a minimum of $100,000 or 10% of your net worth into the Trophy Point Fund. You will earn a 10% preferred return on your investment, however, any losses stemming from loans you approve get deducted from your capital account.
Deal Partners are highly experienced in obtaining private loans, flipping or renting houses, and also have direct experience in being a borrower of private funds. Deal Partners must have done business with Trophy Point before, so please reach out to Dave and Nick if you desire to upgrade your relationship with Trophy Point.

Referral partners earn a flat fee for making an introduction. This involves simply making an introduction via email and copying the borrower. Referral paid upon loan/deal actually closing.
The referral is as follows:
$250 for total loan amounts below $250,000
$500 for total loan amounts greater than $250,000
